I accept orders from all over Germany and work with you on site or remotely. My fee as a freelancer is based on an agreed hourly rate.

I take on the role of a project manager or a part-project manager in large projects.

I support all phases of the project from initiation to completion. Depending on the customer's requirements, the project is carried out in a classic, agile or individual, customer-specific manner.

The selection of methods, procedures and tools depends on the company-specific framework and requirements.

To support the project management in project control, I take on the tasks of the controller in the project: project planning, project reporting and control measures form the main focus.

In addition, project-related controlling in central controlling instances or in project portfolio management is also an application variant.

In both variants, all business aspects are also supported.

I take over the requirements for administration activities, tool support and the management of external service providers in the project. In addition to the usual Office tools, this includes project management tools such as B. JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Clarity or similar.

The service also includes the guidance, support and training of all project participants.

Within the framework of agile projects based on Scrum, I take on the role of Scrum Master for you.

The Scrum Master is a 'servant leader' for the Scrum Team. In this context, I support all stakeholders to understand and coach Scrum theory, practices, rules and values. The product owner and the development team can expect concrete support when needed in the context of Scrum events. My job also includes removing obstacles that are holding up the Scrum team.
